greattttt.pet left me alone at th last minute when we were supposed t run together.HOW GREAT.hahah.but nevermind,i'll forgive you. :Dheh,someone owes me my lunch still.yay yay yay.
there's training tomorrow and im so happy.dont ask me why,cause i have no idea,hahah.maybe its because i havent train for really long.And and, i cant believe renee is so hardworking!HAHAH.she actually went running on her own yknw!besides,its interval thats she doing HAHAH its INTERVAL,yo.i wouldnt have done it after training hours. well,at least not by myself.
oh,i went running at this park th night before and i saw this SUPER fast guy running.he's like getting faster each round.omg,he's crazy but he's really fast.i want his speeeeeed.
hahahahaha,school's starting soon manxzxzxz!i totally cant wait.so exciting!but i hate th first day,cause its really boring.OHHHHHHHHHHH!I FORGOT!.damn it,i just remembered there's trg th first day of school!HAHAH.everybody's out there shopping or whatsoever,CHIJ netballers are training under th HOT sun.arghhhhh,nevermind.

i WOKE UP at 4.48 this morning,slept at 1 th night before.HAHA.i was surprised myself that i could wake up so early.AND was actually EARLY for th breakfast. :D breakfast at macs was teribleeeeee.we saw four disgusting cockroaches.ewwwwwww.and th crazy pet was shouting damn loudly for each cockroach she saw.she's mad i tell you.really mad.everyone in macs was staring at us.so embarrassing i tell you!HAHHA.but pet's like that.HAHAH,oh yes!pet owes me one buck manxzxzxz! :D she's so dumb like anything.she thought that macs was selling lunch just because they didnt change th menu.yknw th menu,th one at th top.hahah and yes,because of her stupidness,she wanted t bet with me that they were actually still selling lunch at 6 A.M.

we were late for trg cause we were taking our time wearing ankle guards outside macs.ALMOST late.
well,we were late partially beacause of pet.there wasnt enough time taking mrt and all,so PET suggested that all of us should t take a cab.and that SMART pet told th uncle that kellock was in bukit panjang,which were supposed t be at KAMPONG BHARU.thats like worlds apart.we spent like 30 bucks JUST ON TAXI FARE.pet is really good,realllll good.HEH. :D
by th time we reached kellock,it was already 6.40?coach didnt seemed angry at all.HAHA.great.
12 rounds round th school,and thats more than 2.4km. MUCH MUCH MUCH more.timing was also far off my 2.4 timing.way farrrrr off.and and!i overtook claris!YES.im really happy.FINALLY,i overtook that girllllllllllll.
three stupid girls tripped and fell over this rusty chain metal which was really low.maybe 15 cm off th ground?ahahah.they fell and hurt their wrist.JAINCE,hurt her wrist so badly that she couldnt even rotate it.

trg on friday was real good.coach was surprisingly in a good mood. SURPRISINGLY. note that word yo,hahah.i thought she would come for training with a longgggggg black face.CAUSE only twelve people turned up.so many people PURPOSELY didnt go for trg luh!all purposely didnt want t turn up.HAHAH. but trg was really REAL GOOD. :D except for th interval,of course.
im going t wake up at 4.30 on mondayyyyy.its so freaking early.its A.M,mind you.HAHAH.and this is th cause of trg at kellock.we're going t eat breakfast at macs at SIX,heading for kellock at 6.45?trg is starting at 7.30 and we're going t run th terrible 15 rounds.RENEE is going for trg! yay yay yay! :D she missed like a week's trg,leaving me alone with JAINCE t do th drills.ahaha.now i dont mind doing drills with her.its quite fun. :D
i am going for th c'div match on 28th!HAHAHA.coach said i could pass off as one without nobody realising it.quite insulting huh,HAHAH.but,im quite excited about it. :D

im going t th gym with rachelllllll later in th evening/night.so cool i tell you! :D i'm going t workout till i drop dead.HAHAH,but maybe not.my stupid arm muscles,are so weakkkkkk.im going t turn them strong tonight,HEH. :D so i can throw that dirty,disgusting medicine ball and let it hit that stupid brown wall during trg while jumping over that annoying hurdle.hate that station like anything.

i've finally realised th importance of RAIN during our trg.HAHAH.th rain saved us all from that TERRIBLE run!i was really happy when th rain didnt stop after th team talk.HAHAH.real happy. :D
trg wasnt that bad today.in fact,it was much easier.like a lot easier.oh oh!one guy came over t measure out feet!andmine was 6.5.second smallest size among everyone in my team.lindsay's feet was th smallest.size 6.HAHA.and people like alycia,had feet bigger than th other.hahah.so cool huh! :D

arghhh.i dont want t go for tomorrow's trg!th run was a KILLER.th thought of it can just make me commit suicide.its TERRIBLE i tell you.8 rounds below 10 mins,5 mins of rest.4 rounds below 4 mins and 30 secs,2 mins and 30 secs of rest.2 rounds below 2 mins,1 min of rest.one round below 45 secs.and if we cant make it for every set of rounds,two extra rounds.isnt that CRAZY!i seriously dread tomorrow's run.and this is like going t continue till th end of this holiday trg.OMGGGGGG.
plus all th medicine ball trg and all..can kill us all already.
and and!my back hurts nowwww. :(
